Initial Screening
All resumes submitted for the Monitoring Center staff undergo an initial screening process to ensure basic qualifications are met, including relevant experience in security monitoring or related fields.
Custom Profiling Assessment
Shortlisted candidates are invited to complete a custom-developed profiling assessment specifically tailored to the client’s requirement. This assessment evaluates various dimensions such as attention to detail, situational awareness, stress tolerance, and communication skills crucial for effective monitoring.
Behavioral Interviews
Candidates who perform well on the profiling assessment proceed to behavioral interviews. During these interviews, candidates are evaluated on their alignment with our core values, including integrity, professionalism, and dedication to maintaining the safety and security of clients. Specific scenarios related to CCTV monitoring, incident response, and customer service may be discussed to assess candidates’ problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Technical Proficiency Evaluation
Following the behavioral interviews, candidates undergo a technical proficiency evaluation to assess their familiarity with the various management and information systems and response procedures. This evaluation may include practical exercises or simulations to gauge candidates’ ability to effectively operate and troubleshoot these systems.
Cultural Fit Assessment
Cultural fit is a key consideration in the selection process. Candidates are assessed for their compatibility with the company culture, teamwork skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients. This assessment ensures that selected candidates can work collaboratively with colleagues and adhere to company policies and procedures
Onboarding and Training
Upon accepting an offer, new staff undergo comprehensive onboarding and training programs tailored to their role and responsibilities. Training includes orientation to the Client’s monitoring systems, SOP’s, emergency procedures, and customer service best practices to ensure that operators are well-prepared to fulfill their duties effectively.
